Thanks for ordering ReedPOP Supply Co. Limited Edition merchandise and we're sorry there was an issue or error with it. The ReedPOP Supply Co. accepts returns and exchanges up to 30 days from an order's shipping date depending on the situation. If an item is marked as a pre-order, there is not a replacement to exchange with as this item has been made specific to the order you placed. We can only refund you at full retail price once the item is returned. All returns are subject to shipping fees unless an item is broken or damaged.
If We Made A Mistake
If we sent you the wrong size item, the wrong item, or if an item was damaged during shipment, sorry! (accidents happen.) We'll send you a pre-paid return address label and the shipping is on us. Once we receive your item, we'll send you out a replacement or refund your credit card for the full retail price, based on item availability and your preference.
If You Don't Like An Item
If we sent you the proper item, but you want to swap – say, for example, you realize red is not your color – you will need to cover mailing back to the ReedPOP Supply Co. Once your item is received, we'll either send you out a replacement or refund your credit card for the full retail price, based on item availability and your preference.
Either way, you have 30 days from you order's shipping date to let us know what you really want, and get the process started. Email us the details at firstname.lastname@example.org and don’t forget to add "RETURN" in the subject line. We'll then provide you a unique return identification number and all the other important things you’ll need to know!
